I re installed joomla core file, without success

In System / Mail Templates / Options:Saved, but it is the same result

I changed plaint text to html, but is still the same result

I have not made any override to mail template, I use Shape5.com template for my joomla site, but I think it does not modify mail templates
In libraries/src/Mail/MailTemplate.php line 174:Any idea?
